// PROJECT 09

BRIEF / DESCRIPTION

This series was photographed in Domme, France, capturing a bird’s-eye view of the expansive agricultural landscape. The images explore the patterned geometry of the fields, transforming the rural terrain into compositions that verge on the abstract. By cropping into sections of the land, the work isolates visual contrasts and recurring motifs, revealing a kind of rhythm within the landscape. The elevated perspective introduces a sense of scale that borders on the miniature, lending the scenes an interesting ‘toy town’ quality.
